Restore your smile

All-on-4™

A complete, fixed set of upper or lower teeth supported by as few as four implants.

When most or all teeth in an arch are missing or failing, All-on-4™ replaces them with a full set of fixed teeth attached to four or more dental implants. It is a popular alternative to conventional dentures, which can slip and make eating difficult.

Why patients choose All-on-4™

  • Fixed, not removable. Your new teeth stay in place when you eat, speak and laugh.
  • Fewer implants. A full arch on as few as four implants.
  • Often no bone grafting, because the implants are angled to use the available bone.
  • Supports your face. Implants help preserve the jawbone, which keeps facial contours from sinking.

How treatment works

  1. Planning. Dr. Winter reviews your health, scans and goals, and explains your options and costs.
  2. Implant placement by a specialist, often with temporary teeth attached the same day.
  3. Healing for a few months while the implants bond with the bone.
  4. Your final teeth, a custom full-arch restoration designed for a natural look and comfortable bite.

Caring for your new teeth

Clean around the implants every day with a soft brush and the tools we recommend, and come in for regular checkups and cleanings to keep the gums and bone around the implants healthy.

Common questions

Are All-on-4™ teeth removable?

No. The teeth are fixed to the implants and stay in place. Only your dental team can remove them, for example for a professional cleaning.

Do I need bone grafting?

Often not. The back implants are angled to make the most of the bone you have, which in many cases avoids grafting. Your scans will show what’s needed.

Will I leave with teeth?

In many cases, temporary teeth are attached on the day the implants are placed, so you’re not without a smile while you heal.
