Jacqueline S. Winter, DDS
With over 30 years of experience practicing dentistry in Manhattan, Dr. Winter is a compassionate and highly skilled dentist who provides comprehensive, high-quality care in her state-of-the-art practice.
Dr. Winter earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from New York University College of Dentistry. She also has extensive experience as an attending dentist at Mount Sinai Dental Clinic where she not only provided exceptional clinical care but also mentored and trained dental students and residents. This teaching role has further honed her ability to handle complex cases and stay at the forefront of emerging dental techniques, while also nurturing the next generation of dental professionals.
As a proud member of the American Dental Association, the New York State Dental Association, and the Queens County Dental Society, Dr. Winter stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field to ensure her patients receive the most advanced, evidence-based treatments.
Dr.Winter and her dedicated team have created a warm and welcoming environment where patients of all ages can feel at ease. She is particularly proud of the long-term relationships she’s built with multi-generational families in the community, offering dental care that emphasizes both health and comfort. Whether you need preventive care, cosmetic dentistry, or restorative treatments, Dr. Winter is committed to providing professional, gentle, and personalized care tailored to each patient’s needs.
When she’s not in the office, Dr. Winter enjoys ballroom dancing, skiing, listening to classical music, sailing, and exploring new recipes in the kitchen.
Dr. Haifa El Zhawi, DMD
Dr. Haifa El Zhawi received her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine which was her 2nd dental degree. Her first dental degree was from University of Garyounis in Libya where she received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Additionally, she received her Master of Science Degree in Biomaterials and Fellowship in Pediatric Dentistry from New York University.
These clinical experience and training have provided Dr. El Zhawi with a strong foundation in treating patients of diverse backgrounds, different ages, and varying degree of medical complexity. Her extensive training has given her excellent communication skills, cultural sensitivity which has made her a key member of the team. Her goal is to create beautiful smiles and give her patients confidence with excellent oral health.
Dr. El Zhawi is a member of the American Dental Association and continuously participates in innovative courses and seminars in order to stay up-to-date in the exciting world of digital cosmetic dentistry.
In her free time Dr. Haifa likes to paint and travel the world. Furthermore, Dr. El Zhawi is a philanthropist who has Founded Benghazi School in New York, NY. She is a CEO of this registered non-profit organization that provides online free classes for children in war zones.
Maimouna Sow, RDH
Born and raised in Senegal, Mouna, our dedicated dental hygienist, moved to the United States in 1997 and has been an integral part of our practice for over 16 years. She is a graduate of NYU College of Dentistry and has been practicing dental hygiene since 2009.
As a member of the American Dental Hygienists’ Association since graduation, Mouna is deeply committed to continuing education, always bringing the latest in dental hygiene therapies to our practice. Her proficiency in laser periodontal therapy and advanced dental treatments enables her to deliver outstanding care, especially when it comes to preserving and enhancing our patients’ long-term oral health.
Mouna’s skill set includes periodontal health and maintenance, with a focus on how it relates to systemic conditions such as heart disease, caries risk (the risk of cavities), and the local delivery of antimicrobial agents, including Arestin (antibiotics used to treat gum disease).
Patients consistently praise Mouna for her gentle touch and caring demeanor, making what is often perceived as a routine dental cleaning a much more comfortable experience. She has perfected the art of dental cleaning, eliminating discomfort and pain without compromising the quality or thoroughness of the procedures.

Victoria Navasardov
Victoria, our dedicated Office Manager is the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Originally from Georgia, she moved to the U.S. in 2004 and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physics of Biopolymers. With over 20 years of experience in dental administration, she has become an expert in managing everything from day-to-day logistics to patient and insurance relations, always with a focus on providing an exceptional experience for both patients and staff.
Her extensive knowledge of dental procedures, insurance policies, and patient care allows her to handle even the most complex billing and insurance tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Whether she’s scheduling appointments, coordinating with insurance companies, or troubleshooting patient concerns, our Office Manager ensures that every interaction is smooth, timely, and professional.
Beyond her technical expertise, she’s known for her warmth and approachability, making patients feel welcome and well-informed about their treatment and billing details. With her leadership, our office operates seamlessly, creating a positive environment where patients and staff alike can thrive.
